The Story of Love & Loss
The Taj mahal isn’t just architecture— it’s a story written in stone. Mumtaz Mahal died while giving birth to Shah Jahan’s 14th child in 1631. Heartbroken, Shah Jahan dedicated his life to building this tomb so her memory would live forever. Ironically, Shah Jahan was later buried beside Mumtaz inside the Taj Mahal.
